This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is strategically located in the "Confluence
Presqu'île" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several public transports, restaurants, shops are at your disposal close by. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with fridge, pans, kitchen ustensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery... It also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron. You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, household waste tax, condominium fees, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, water. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The Confluence neighbourhood in the 2nd arrondissement owes its name to the point where the two rivers, the Rhône and the Saône, become one. The Vaporetto, a small water bus, passes by this area where can embark for a scenic ride up the Saône from the Confluence marina. It is blossoming into one of Lyon's most dynamic neighbourhoods, being a favourite playing ground for today's young architects
