For your comfort, here no surprises, everything is included! This cottage with independent entrance has:
- On the ground floor: a living room with living room/kitchen/lounge, then a toilet with washbasin and a laundry room.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180x200 divisible into 2x90, 1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90x200), a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, you will have a garden with trees on an enclosed plot of 2000 m² surrounded by a hedge, a swing, as well as a sandbox. Terrace to the south (26 m²) and to the west (40 m²).
