With great concern for comfort and attention to detail, Yvon and Catherine have done everything to optimize the spaces, the light and the decor. A really nice result with, among other things, its veranda facing the garden and not overlooked. The famous resort of Perros Guirec is yours! And why not do everything on foot? GR34 trail, port, beaches, shops, market, casino, thalassotherapy, restaurants, cinema and... even speedboats for a stroll around the 7 Islands. 6.5 km away, the village of Ploumanac'h will be one of your must-sees on this magnificent Côte de Granit Rose. Trégastel just next door is one of the nuggets of the territory. Lannion, city of Art and History 10 km away, is the gateway to this Trégorois territory.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a kitchen-living room giving access to the veranda-living room, a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200) with a basin, a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200) (2 single beds 80x200 that can be combined into 1 bed 160x200 on prior request to the owner), a bathroom with shower and washbasin. On the back of the house, through the veranda, you will access the land consisting of: a terrace of 11 m², a gravelled driveway of 15 m² and a lawn of 21 m². The wooden chalet serves as storage for small equipment. On the front of the house on the street side, a small car can park at the foot of the door in the 30 m² space, otherwise in the quiet lane. This townhouse is semi-detached on 2 sides but it still offers total privacy. To take your mind off things, outdoor games await you like a noughts and crosses, a molky, a scratch ball target.
