This brand new Eco-Home in Ayampe, Ecuador has spectacular ocean views from the upper balcony as well as the lower living room and deck. The house sits perched on a hill high above Ayampe, looking down at the iconic rocks offshore in the distance.
You are a 10 minute walk to the sleepy surf village of Ayampe for gourmet dinners at a budget price, world-class surfing, and relaxed friendly people from all over the world.
It's a 20-minute cab ride to the exciting nightlife of Montanita, and 20 minutes cab ride north to Puerto Lopez for whale watching, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, eco-tours and much more!
There are 2 beds, two baths featuring a spacious (21ft x 14ft) master bedroom with sliding doors to the upstairs outdoor balcony and floor to ceiling windows with views of the iconic rocks off the coast. The master bathroom has his-and-her sinks and a large walk-in shower.
Another 2nd floor 12 x 12 bedroom is spacious with sliding doors that lead to a second upstairs outdoor balcony. The guest bedroom has it's own bathroom including shower.
Both bedrooms face the ocean so you can sit and drink your coffee or wine on the adjoining deck while you watch the humpback whales go past!
There is an open floor concept downstairs living area lined with glass sliding doors that also open up to the most amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Half of the bottom floor is indoor (kitchen and living room) the other half is outdoor (storage area, outdoor BBQ, and kitchen).
The kitchen features cement counter tops - including the island, which has an electric range stove top - and all amenities including a refrigerator, toaster oven and all utensils and silverware needed for cooking.
The lower level wrap-around deck has an area perfect for entertaining guests and watching sunsets โ as well as a covered outdoor barbecue and kitchen setup: perfect for hosting parties and guests.
