The kitchen has a fridge, stovetop, toaster, microwave and kettle for self-catering. Private high speed Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming.
The Ark building at Veloche has 2 beautiful large swimming pools at the building and offers excellent views and luxury accommodation all year around. Very conveniently located, a short 6-8 min walk to beautiful Karon beach and 20 min to Kata Beach. No hills and a very safe area, day or night. Restaurants, bars, shops, banks, massage shops all around.
Common facilities also include a gym, kids area and there is free on-site parking if you travel with a car. There is a restaurant and minimart on the premises so you don’t have to go very far if you need a hot meal or home supplies during your stay.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 600 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.
