Positive: The apartment was clean and spotless with very spacious rooms with an access to the inner courtyard which was lovely. Also, the hosts were quite friendly and sweet.
Negative: The apartment lists many ammenities that were unfortunately not present upon arrival. When we pointed this out to the host, they said they would remove it, but it's still there. It would be helpful for future guests if the listing accurately reflected what's available. The main issue for us was the breakfast. It was advertised as being included, but in reality, it consisted of packaged snacks and biscuits. Since we were traveling with diabetic parents, this was not suitable. We requested some basic items like bread, eggs, and cheese, but were informed that they couldn't provide these due to concerns about food safety, though it wasn't entirely clear what that meant. When we raised this, we were told it was a typical Italian breakfast! Based on our multiple other visits to Italy, that didn’t seem right. We ended up buying our own breakfast items, and also struggled to prepare it as the kitchen lacked essentials like a toaster, microwave, or dishwasher, despite some of these being mentioned in the listing. That said, if breakfast isn't a priority for you, the apartment is a good stay.
