Positive: The gentleman host was very friendly and helpful. Showers were great. Security was excellent.

Negative: The beds were horrible and this is really odd because everything else was fine. It is amazing how hotels do not make quality bedding a high priority. Travelers want good comfort and sleep--not a bad bed. Parking was difficult due to holiday weekend.

Summary: Nice out of the way, very quiet place and walking distance to shops and the water.
