This stand alone cottage is part of the Blue water Acres - that gives you access to shared amenities like indoor pool, hot tub and sauna -Lots of fun in games room too. This cottage has the best views of the lake - comfortably designed with a Sunroom, Deck with BBQ, and gas fireplace in family room. Main bedroom is on main level, other 2 bedrooms are downstairs - very bright throughout and another entrance. The layout allows great privacy and access to beach is 100 meters away. All beach stuff is supplied free by Blue water Acres - canoes, paddle boards, kayaks and lifejackets. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the shared beach. There is a firepit and out door basket ball/ Pickle ball/ tennis courts, and a hiking trail.
