This newly restored and immaculately designed upper level suite is perfect for a couple or small group. This two bedroom suite includes one king size room and one queen size room each with a separate entrance and separate ensuite bathrooms. Each have their own dedicated work space and the King Room has a balcony with incredible water views of Picton Bay.
**Please note that kitchen is used a coffee station only.

Want to stay with more guests? This property can also be fully booked to include all units (7 bedrooms) and includes the use of the gourmet chef's kitchen. Pleases inquire for group reservations.

**About Us**
This is the first hotel established in Prince Edward County and has been fully restored as of July 2022 reopened for bookings and to begin a new history with an updated design and curated amenities for our guests. The property has a total of five units totaling 7 bedrooms, a shared living room, large dining area, a billiards table and an outdoor deck shared with other guests.

Located right across from the Glenora Ferry famously connecting PEC on Picton Bay to Kingston. Only minutes away from Picton, and approximately 15 minutes from Sandbanks and Wellington.

**Parking**
Ample parking is included and available on-site.

HOUSE RULES:

1. This is STRICT non-smoking property.
2. NOTHING other than toilet paper should be flushed in the toilets as this home operated on a septic system.
3. If you intend to use the firepit you must call in to report the fire using the information on the burn permit
4. No additional guests or parties are permitted on the property
5. If you are celebrating an occasion and using decorations, they may not be taped to the wall and the use of glitter is not permitted.
6. No candles (other than birthday candles) are permitted
7. Pets are not allowed
9. Any damage must be reported immediately
10. Please be mindful of the other guests that are enjoying their stay and keep noise to a minimum.
11. Common spaces can be used until 11pm

***Please note that the failure to abide by the house rules will result in additional fees or fines to the guest as applicable. Guest who cause significant disturbances, damage to the property or are negligent will be immediately escorted off the property.

ABOUT YOUR STAY:

1. There are fire alarms, a carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher located within the unit as per short term rental fire code.
3. We proudly provide our guests with eco-friendly Public Goods amenities throughout the home for their use
4. Towels are provided for you during your stay and should always remain on property. They should not be taken to the beach.
5. Ladies: Please use the dark face towels provided to remove your make up and not the white towels
6. Windows and doors should be kept closed at all times
