Positive: Apartment is located on a small hill, isolated from the crowd and noise. Very quiet and relaxed area, great for a walk and chilling. Inside the apartment you have literally everything you need, even a grill on the balcony. The person renting it is very friendly, helpful, whatever question we had, he was answering and offering help. One day we had a tiny issue parking, and he managed the situation best to his ability, even though it was an evening of a public holiday. All in all, expect great apartment, and no problems owner :)
Negative: If we can call the minuses, thats the location, as it is not very stroller friendly, best option is baby in hand and stroller in another. Second minus is the neighborhood is new, so still some apartments are being furnished, so might be loud (nobody could know when owners of neighboring flats would renovate, so this is not negative, but more of a precaution that such situation might occur).
