It offers a separate kitchen and a new, friendly bright bathroom with a bath tub and a washing machine. The separate kitchen is equipped with new furniture and modern devices.. The apartment also has a large roof terrace with an idyllic view into a private park.
A cellar compartment is with the apartment. A lockable underground parking space (no duplex) is also available. A bicycle storage room is located in (hidden)ment. You will also find a community car washing area in the underground car park.
