Verem and Nerul are two picturesque neighborhoods located in North Goa, India. Known for its tranquil and serene atmosphere, Verem boasts of lush green paddy fields, coconut groves and meandering streams. The area is surrounded by hills and forests, offering spectacular views of nature.
The village is also home to a few historic Portuguese-style churches and Hindu temples, giving it a unique cultural and religious mix. Nerul, on the other hand, is a modern neighborhood with a bustling shopping and dining scene. It also has several beaches and parks, making it a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active lifestyle, Verem and Nerul offer the best of both worlds.
We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms).
IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions.
*For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process.
Please Note : The society entrance is located at the back off the main Verem-Nerul road before Larry's Car and Bike Rental. Please make sure to connect with our team prior to arrival so we can ensure a smooth check-in process.
-This is a self check in apartment, keys are required to be collected from building staff upon arrival. Luggage and check in assistance will not be provided.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- Pool timings are 9 am to 9 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area.
- Food/grocery deliveries will have to be collected from the community gate and will not be delivered to the doorstep as per community rules.
- The apartment has an inverter backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa.
- Being located in a gated community, we don't allow loud music in the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 3 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable.
- We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request.
-Keys need to be collected from the security. Kindy let them know your name and apartment number.
-Check in and Luggage assistance may not be provided.
