The beautiful private house is located in a quiet location directly on the sea in the tranquil resort of Tribunj. Tribunj is located on the Riviera of Sibenik, only about 18 km northwest of the city of the same name whose medieval center and cathedral was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The historic city center Tribuns is located on a small island, which is connected via a stone bridge with the mainland. The picturesque old town is barely 150 m. There is a selection of cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors, excursion agencies, boat rentals, a post office, bank, as well as other shops. A beautiful promenade leads around the old town and offers beautiful views of the local marina.
The house offers 2 apartments in the attic of the house. Both apartments have satellite TV and a terrace or balcony with sea views. There is a nice garden area with barbecue and a boatyard for small boats up to max. 5m in length.
