The relaxing apartment on the second floor has been recently renovated with marble floor modern bathrooms and completely furnished. the condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dinning.it is only one block from the main strip;ashford avenue where Hotels and casino's and condado beaches are located.only two blocks from la ventana al mar park (window to the sea park).yes! you are in the heart of condado and walking distance to all.some of the other local amenities are; a 24/7 walgreens pharmacies and CVS,supermarkets,high end shops (gucci,cartier,louis vuitton etc...)and a variety of restaurants (italian,japanesee,mexican,puerto rican,chinese etc...).the apartment is also located 4 miles away from the airport and 5 minutes bus or taxi ride to old san juan (old town).with easy access to the city bus system running every 20 minutes from the main strip for just only .75 cents a ride.the apartment has a private parking space with beeper controlthat gives the secure access to park your rented car. living room/dinning room/and a lounge area close or you can open it and feel like a balcony with nice caribbean breeze.one master bedroom with a full bathroom plus two more bedrooms and a second full bathroom in the bedroom's hall.the kitchen is fully equiped with microwave,toaster,4burners stove,refrigerator,and plenty cooking utensils.the apartment has a water heater 3 mini split units one in each bedroom and 1 in the living and dinning area,also has a 42" inches plasma tv on the living room and a 32" inches lcd in one of the bedroom wifi connection for all the apartment.ti is the perfect apartment for a group of friends family or couples, sleep up to 6.this is a non-smoking unit no pets allowed. childrens are welcome.we provide the following items;
1-shampoo and conditioner
2-body soap.
3-sanitary paper
4-iron and ironin board.
5-two beach chairs and beach towels.
6-linens.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you are going to rent a car go to charlie car rental for a big discount on your rental car just ask for Clayton Reyes and tell him you are Osvaldo Gomez guest and that it .
