Positive: We were welcomed by very friendly hosts, and the communication was pleasant throughout. They helped us with any questions and always checked if we needed anything. The location is excellent, with a private access to the water (long-long stairs :) ) and beautiful views! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a stay.

Negative: This is more about the specifics of the location rather than a drawback of the accommodation itself. Since it’s across from a busy road, it can be noisy at night due to passing cars and motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, as we’ve stayed near such roads before, we got used to it after a couple of nights🙂. In the second room(without air-condition) was to hot, so we slept with kids in one room with air-conditioning.
