Positive: Apartment is in a beautiful location, right on the beach. The view is stunning and the hostess is very nice and pleasant. Couple of restaurants and a small shop are close by.

Negative: So why my score is only 6? Furniture and general condition of the apartment is really bad. Last renovation was done about 40 years ago, and no, I´m not exaggerating. Complete renovation is urgent, and then apartment will be a 10

Summary: Great location and potential, but requires urgent renovation of all living quarters.
