Positive: Very nice owner who was helpful and available for any questions -thank you :) close to the ocean, 2 balcony's, comfortable beds and extra bed for baby , Good value and size of apartment for the price

Negative: A lot of Ants, kitchen equipment could use an update , if you are sensitive to noise bring some earplugs
