Positive: Matteo was an amazing, we booked at 4pm after arriving in Rome, as our pre booked apartment had serious problems, which left us with no where to stay. After booking Matteo was immediately in contact with us and kept us informed, of time when we could access the apartment. Matteo goes above and beyond for good guests. It’s a lovely spacious apartment and very well equipped! Good shower and large bathroom. Washing machine was great! Lots of wardrobe storage in master bedroom and hallway. Beds were very comfortable! Excellent air conditioning units, bedroom and living room. Very secure, after locked front door there is an internal locked iron gate to access apartment stairs. Only two flights of stairs to front door. As two women travellers, we felt total safe, and the area was safe too. Campo De Flora square is only 1 minute walk. Close to shops, restaurants, and amazing market each day. So lovely to walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon every day. We walked to all the land marks from here. Lovely walk by the river to Vatican City, 25 minutes! Longest walk was to the Colosseum, but you see so much along the way.
