Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: For the price, this is a great apartment in Sevan. It's clean, spacious, the shower has hot water and it's cool at night so you don't need air conditioning. The owner is very helpful.

Negative: The walls are very thin so if you have loud neighbours you can hear them. The second night, the people were quiet and we didn't hear a thing. Also, the mattress is quite uncomfortable. The kettle doesn't work.
