Positive: Amazing apartment with everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. There were 4 of us with quite a lot of luggage - Allesandro picked us up from the station, helped us up the stairs with all our cases, and delivered us back at the station when we checked out. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, breakfast food, beer, wine, coffee, and the fridge was full of delicious goodies. He bought us pastries during the week and delivered a new jug when our one didn't work. The terrace and views were spectacular - we loved sitting out enjoying the views at night. The apartment was like a home away from home, and it is in a great location near the escalators that take you up into the old town. Loved our stay in Siena!
