Positive: The place is very well kept, beautiful apartment and furniture. The couch is very comfortable, as it folds out into a bed with a regular mattress. The host was very kind and prompt, we had everything we needed. And, most importantly, the location is great! The tram is just in front of the building and it's a quick and direct connection to the city centre, as well as very close to the airport bus (just 25 minutes to the airport and about 15 minutes to the city centre).

Negative: There is a neighbour smoking in their bathroom and the smell goes through the bathroom ventilation in the evening, at times.
