Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Peter, the boat manager was amazing! He's a very nice guy. The other staff as well are great! Very friendly and accommodating.

Negative: There were confusions with the room because of the listing descriptions. I was very disappointed. Also the booking agents lied about telling me that there's gonna be 8% additional fee if you pay by card. The person didn't say anything about 8%. Also the boat did not look like the picture at all.

Summary: I'd give this a 5/10. If it's not for Peter and the staff, I'd give it a 1.
