Positive: The location had an amazing view on the water no matter which window you looked out. Restaurants are a few steps away. The property manager Jasmine has excellent customer service skills and was a gem to work with.
Negative: After using vrbo and air bnb previously with no issues, I wouldn’t use booking.com going forward. I would book directly with the property or resort. The communication skills of booking . Com are very poor. They failed to communicate with the property manager after my confirmation email and again after emailing me for my flight arrival time.
