Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Our room had a stunning view of the Dolomites. The staff were incredibly kind, especially for allowing us to check into our room earlier when we arrived in the morning. They went above and beyond by preparing a takeaway package for us because we had to leave very early for our flight. The room was clean, tidy, and featured a lovely balcony. The hotel offers excellent value for money. It was very peaceful, and we truly felt at home during our stay.

Negative: The ski room, however, was quite outdated and could definitely use some improvement. It also seemed like the ski boot dryers were not turned on.
