Positive: It’s always a good place to stay, the bed is comfy, the room is big, the aircon works.
Negative: I stayed 6 nights and didn’t get my room cleaned once. It wasn’t filthy by any means, but I had to ask for water and fresh towels. And my bin was never emptied - so it got more than a little noticeable. Not great, really.
Summary: Need to get back to doing the basics a bit better.
