Positive: We had a wonderful stay. The facilities were brand new, clean, modern, and very well presented. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help wherever they could, which made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. As the property is newly built, there were a few expected teething issues, including some power outages and interruptions to the water supply. However, the onsite team communicated exceptionally well, providing regular updates on the issues and realistic timeframes for when they would be resolved. Their transparency and professionalism made these inconveniences much easier to manage. The smart TVs in every room were a fantastic addition, and the air conditioning throughout the villa worked perfectly, keeping the entire place cool and comfortable. The plunge pool and jacuzzi were excellent features, and once the jacuzzi was up and running, it was the perfect place to relax. The location was another highlight. It's just a short walk to the surf beach and conveniently close to a range of great restaurants, cafés, and local businesses. Despite being close to everything you need, the area is still peaceful and tucked away from the busy main roads, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing getaway. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and peaceful escape.

Negative: There were just a few small additions that we feel would further enhance the guest experience. Providing tea towels and dishcloths for drying dishes and wiping down kitchen surfaces would be very useful for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. A kitchen floor mat, along with a broom and dustpan for light cleaning during longer stays, would also be appreciated. The jacuzzi was a fantastic feature once we had it operating; however, a simple instruction manual or quick-start guide would make it much easier for guests to enjoy without any guesswork. We were able to find instructions online, although this was dependent on having an internet connection at the time. The only technical issue we encountered was that the Wi-Fi signal in Bedroom 2 was unavailable throughout our stay, so devices were unable to connect in that room. Aside from these relatively minor suggestions, everything else exceeded our expectations. These are simply small refinements that we believe would elevate what is already a wonderful property into an even more exceptional guest experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, appreciated the outstanding hospitality from the team, and would gladly return in the future.
