As you enter the home, the open concept living room and kitchen will invite you to enjoy some much needed together time surrounded by panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains.
The chef in your group will find it easy to cook up tasty meals in the modern kitchen designed by a world-renowned chef who once lived on the property. You’ll find luxurious details like cutting board style countertops, a 5-burner gas range, double-stack wall ovens, and deep farmhouse sinks. Special touches like a diverse spice rack, a single-pod coffee and espresso machines , and of course, plenty of spectacular mountain views from the windows, complete the stylish effect.
Sidle up to the bar area to enjoy your morning coffee or a quick meal, or head over to the gorgeous wooden dining table which offers seating for eight.
The living room offers more incredible views to enjoy on a leather sofa or the window-front lounge chairs. There’s also a flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. The living room is one of the best places to catch our two sunsets —that's right— two! You'll first see the sunset behind the mountains and then again as it sets on the horizon.

MASTER SUITE & BATH
The master suite is a luxurious space with a plush king-size bed, an Adobe-style fireplace with a cozy seating area, and a large flatscreen TV. You can enjoy incredible views of Red Rock Mountain from the large windows, or step out onto the balcony to catch a breathtaking sunset.
The master bathroom is like none other, something you have to experience to truly understand. Inspired by old-world spas, the modern amenities of this bathroom envelop you as you step into a palatial shower complete with two shower heads and an overhead rain shower head. But it doesn’t stop there - we wanted to bring the outside in with floor-to-ceiling rain chains that will not only elevate your showering experience but can also rock you to sleep.
QUEEN ROOM & 2ND BATH
Continue down the hallway and find the queen bedroom with a flatscreen TV and views that are just as breathtaking as in the master suite. Across the hall is the second bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub combo and more epic mountain views.
LOFT BEDROOM
Head upstairs to the loft and you’ll find the home’s third bedroom, which features a cozy full-size bed, plush white linen, and a flatscreen TV. The ceilings are a bit low in this room so beware of bonking your head on the lovely wooden beams.
CASITA & 3RD BATH
If you are looking for some extra privacy, you can make yourself at home in the separate casita, located outside down a hidden pathway. The casita is fit for royalty, with a California king bed and a modern bathroom that will take your breath away.
YURT
If you are traveling with a large group, you can also rent the Lotus Belle Luxury Glamping Yurt. This spacious tent features a cozy queen size bed, mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a Keurig coffee machine. The cost for the yurt is $150/night - Let us know if you’d like to include this extra sleeping space when you are booking your stay.

The outdoor area is the real star of the show at this majestic, 5-acre property. Your options are endless for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. There’s a trampoline, swimming chairs, hammocks, and various meditation areas.
The hydrotherapy plunge pool is a great place to get some exercise, and the copper tub and hot tub are both perfect for soothing sore muscles or catching one of the property’s epic sunsets.
An outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, mini-fridge, sink, and plenty of counter space invites you to switch things up and enjoy delicious BBQ meals. Just across the way, there’s an outdoor seating area with a table, chairs, and an umbrella for shade on hot summer days.
You can enjoy your morning coffee from one of the chairs on the deck, a floating daybed, or a cozy lounge chair. For the more active members in your group, there are secret pathways and hidden trails to explore around every corner. The outdoor Malibu tile shower overlooking the canyon is another intimate experience that is not to be missed.

Located in the Santa Monica Mountains, Topanga Canyon is known as a bohemian enclave that attracts artists, musicians, filmmakers, and actors.
The hills surrounding Topanga Canyon may be filled with luxury homes, but Topanga itself clings to its rustic roots, eschewing chain restaurants and strip malls completely.
Red Rock, Summit to Summit, and the Loop are hikes and walks we love that are close by. Malibu Beach is within 15 minutes of the property.
Topanga Gourmet, Inn at the 7th Ray, Calabasas Farmers Market, Nobu Malibu, Mastro's Ocean Club, and Malibu Pier are places to eat or pick up groceries- all are nearby!
You will need a car, or amazing friend to get around. Our home is remote! We are happy to assist you in booking car service if you prefer!

• We love to give and get good reviews online, so we are here to help! Please contact us right away if something seems to be missing, out of order or if there’s a problem (10pm to 7am if it’s an urgent emergency only please).

Due to the location of the villa a Property Manager will meet you at check-in to walk the property and answer any questions.
• Our driveway is NOT usable for any vehicles so we have makers outside where you can park your car. Parking is right outside the gate parallel to the hill and we will meet you there for check-in.
• Our home is located on a mountain with several stairs, rocks and scenic lookouts. It is strenuous when walking around our property so please take extra precaution when visiting. We also have lot’s of wildlife that live up in the mountains so please always be on the lookout as every animal usually runs away but it is always safe to keep an eye out when walking our paths. Child supervision is required at all times when outdoors.
• There is absolutely zero tolerance for any outdoor fires or smoking on our property and all over the Santa Monica Mountains since we live in a brush fire zone! There are multiple fire extinguishers that we will point out around the home.
• Please be considerate of our neighbors
