Our cottage is located a short walk from the Downtown River District where you can enjoy local shopping, dining and entertainment. There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away for all you boaters out there.

We do ask our guests understand that this home is nearly 100 years old. As such, she's crooked and creaks. If such things will be bothersome to you, we can recommend you to some more modern lodging that may be more to your taste. This is a non-smoking property.
We are unable to guarantee early check-in (check-in before 3pm) until the day of check-in. Likewise, we are unable to guarantee late check-out (check-out after 11am) until the day of check-out.
