Positive: Staff ; bar area ; dining area ;

Negative: Heating making noise ;in bedroom ; dead flies on window cell ; rust in bath ; on approach to hotel it needs painting and condensation on windows with cobwebs on approach to front door ; hotel from outside looks tired

Summary: We enjoyed the area ; and breakfast was very nice as were staff
