One thing to note though is that youโll be greeted daily by the next door neighbors - so get ready to smile and wave! By the way, Storm Nicholas knocked over the neighborhoodโs fishing pier in September 2021, and itโs yet to be replaced by the HomeOwners Association. Still, considering all else this waterfront vacation has to offer, who knows maybe waving at those curious neighbors wonโt be so bad =)
