Beach House GrandeMar is a spacious 200 sq. mt. beach front Villa on a 1500 sq. mt. parcel of land, with a huge front and backyards, located on the exclusive side of Peninsula de Santa Elena near the town of Salinas, called Punta Carnero.
Punta Carnero is a secluded and environmentally conscious stretch of wide beach featuring the Pacific Ocean at full display, healthy breezes and incredible sunsets everyday. A perfect place to avoid crowds, enjoy the waves, the sand and the warm waters of the Pacific, calm and mild waves at low tide, give way to strong surfing waves at high tide, you will enjoy your own private beach tent set up for ocean gazing or a nice siesta. If you are looking for a true getaway, whether for a yoga retreat, romantic walks at Sunset or for family fun, Beach House GrandeMar is the place for you.
Or if you want more action or change of scenery, Salinas town is only 15 minutes up the coast and features restaurants with local international cuisine plus a vibrant nightlife.
With El Paseo Mall and La Libertad fish and local farmer's market, only a 10 minutes drive away, you can enjoy freshly caught fish (Corvina, Tuna, Dorado etc.) to cook in your full kitchen or your own barbeque grill at Beach House GrandeMar.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms (although the Ocean breeze will do) are also part of the package.
Two hospitals also 10 minutes away will give you peace of mind in case of any emergency.
