Come and enjoy a relaxing beachfront holiday in our spacious and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We are located opposite the Maroochydore Surf Club with incredible views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. Cotton Tree is only a 5min walk and is renowned for its spectacular beach, river, cafes, restaurants, shops and Sunday market. You have everything you need at your doorstep. The new Maroochydore CBD and Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre are also just a short drive away.

The space
Our beautiful apartment has an open-plan living area facing out to the Ocean. We are on the first floor so elevated from the street.

It has ducted air-conditioning which can be area controlled by a panel at each room entry.

The open-plan living space provides seating for 6 guests in each area. There is a TV in this living space along with a large lounge and a dining suite.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your stay whether you use the facilities and cook your meals or just need it for the essentials. We provide the basics like tea, coffee, and sugar and we also supply a few Nespresso pods for the machine.

Bedroom 1 is very spacious with a King bed, ducted aircon, ceiling fan and walk-through wardrobe to the large ensuite. This ensuite has a bath (this is a spa that is not currently functional so only used as a bath), a large vanity, toilet and shower.

Bedroom 2 has a King bed, ducted aircon, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 has 2 x King Single beds, ducted aircon, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe which also houses a TV. There’s a small balcony off this room with a clothesline.

Bedroom 2 & 3 share the 2nd bathroom which has a toilet, shower and large vanity.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment which can be used by guests.

Guest access
You have access to the entire apartment and deck space. There is a private double garage in the basement and a shared pool area.

Other things to note
There are 4 other apartments in this building with some owner occupants, we ask that you respect the other owners and always keep noise to a minimum and when in the shared area's please clean up after yourselves. This means we can continue to offer our beautiful apartment to short stay guests.
