Located within walking distance to shopping and dining in the Center of Avalon's Business District. Enjoy a wonderful weekend or week on the Bay in Avalon, during the Quiet Off Season or a Weekly Seasonal rental during the Summer Season.
Pets are permitted with a $250 non-refundable per pet fee.
First Floor offers large 2 car garage (2018 season, the garage can also be used as family/recreation room), with outside access from ground level, outside patio, 3 additional outside parking spaces, and additional washer/dryer.
Second floor has huge living room, dining area, modern kitchen which seats up to 12, one bedroom with Queen bed, one full bath and large bay-side deck off living room and deck off front of house and washer/dryer . OWNER will negotiate 5 week rental (5/25 to 6/29).
Third floor has large Master Bay-side bedroom suite with King bed, private bathroom and private deck with beautiful views of the bay and wetlands, 3 additional bedrooms having 2 queen beds, singles, and a trundle bed and I addition bathroom.
Storage room on 1st Floor not included in rental. Billiards Room is additional $1,500.00 in rent per week plus additional security deposit of $1,500.00 per week.
