You will have your own bathroom, office area with desk, kitchenette with appliances, (single induction stovetop, toaster oven, Microwave, full size fridge with Freezer) table with chairs, bedroom with queen bed and closet space, and living room with sofa bed that pulls to a double size bed. 45" TV with Roku box, WiFi.
Shared entrance with keypad code and a sliding door that keeps the basement suite fully separated. We live upstairs.
In the summer you will have access to the backyard, patio dining area, BBQ and firepit. Well, in the winter too if you are into it.
If your stay is longer than a week we would need to use the washer and dryer -which are in the basement- and we can previously agree when that will be so that you can enjoy full privacy.
Very quiet residential neighbourhood. There are parks and stores within walking distance. There are bus stops within an 5 min walk, with routes to the airport, downtown. A bus ride to downtown is around 40 min and to the airport 20 min. 15-20 minute drive to the airport. We are located 2 minutes driving from the Perimeter Highway which is very convenient for getting in and out of the city or if you are looking to rest for the night in Winnipeg before continuing your drive East or West.
