beautiful little house with independent entrance, two-room apartment of recent construction, is located in the new area of Villasimius called "Is Argiolas" precisely in via Pirandello - side main street - in a quiet residential area, located in the new area of the town but attached to the center, in as new house obviously; and anyway very close to the center being Villasimius a very small village (in winter it is around 2500) the center can be easily reached on foot more or less in 5-7 minutes and by car in 30 seconds either!
Near the house there is the largest and cheapest villasimius supermarkets, so there is no need to go to the center, though
very close, to do the shopping, or if suddenly something is needed, the aforementioned nearest supermarket is at a distance of ù or less 300 meters ....(other distances: bar about 300 meters - rotisserie about 300 meters - restaurant about 600 meters - playground about 650 meters -
As for the distance from the sea, same speech, I don't know exactly how much it is, (villasimius is right on the sea, like Cagliari ...
