Second bedroom offers 2 comfortable queen size beds, 32 inch flat screen TV, WI-FI DVD player, dresser with a mirror, night stands with lamps, alarm clock/radio and a closet.
Great room offers a brand new Smart 32 inch flat screen TV, WI-FI DVD player, newly reupholstered love seat and a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed, dining table with chairs, brand new wood style floor tiles, bar style exotic counter top and a sliding door to the balcony for you to enjoy the ocean and watch the dolphins.
There is also a nice heated saltwater swimming pool with a retractable roof. Building offers off-street parking and secure carded/coded access. Cozy private sundeck on the rooftop overlooking the ocean if you would like to catch some rays in privacy. Nice private and updated fitness center overlooking the boardwalk and ocean.
