Townhouse Rose is a delightful Vale do Lobo townhouse with two bedrooms for holiday rental. Built on two levels and within easy walking distance of Vale do Lobo beach. The Praca is also just a few minutes walk away with is popular bars, restaurants and a small selection of shops. The villa has air conditioning (supplement charged) in the bedrooms and wireless internet access. Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor comprises of a master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. The second bedroom is a twin and it also has it's own adjacent shower room. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher and microwave. The open plan living room has plenty of comfortable seating, satellite TV and DVD. Doors lead out to the large terrace with plenty of garden furniture and stunning sea views. There is a barbeque on the terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service once a week. Wireless internet access available - there is a package available for clients to use that is monitored. If that limit is exceed the extra cost is deducted from the damage deposit.
