The villa was built in 2022 and with its luxurious and modern style of construction within 300 m2 of living space offers an ideal and carefree vacation for a maximum of 8 people.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room equipped with quality and designer furniture, next to which there is a dining room with 8 seats, which separates the area for relaxation and pleasant moments with loved ones with a fireplace from the kitchen where, thanks to the high equipment, all individuals can try their culinary skills.
On the first floor of the villa there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an additional bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a shower.
The second floor of the villa has two rooms with double beds that can also be separated, while the bathroom with shower is intended for shared use.
All rooms as well as the living room are air-conditioned.
