Our beautifully renovated Blue Heron Beach Resort condo is located on the 8th floor in Tower 2, less than a mile from the entrance to Disney parks, and is situated on 400 acre Lake Bryan, a natural spring-fed lake.
This unit has a well-designed floor plan that sleeps six. It is tastefully appointed with a living area that has a queen size sofa sleeper, two Lazy Boy rocker recliners, a dresser, extra throw blankets and floor pillows, and a 55" smart TV. Bunk beds (each with a TV) are nestled in the foyer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps, closet and a 42" smart TV. A full bath with a jetted tub is attached to the primary bedroom, and a secondary bathroom is located in the hallway. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms (see picture).
The kitchen contains a Keurig and a drip coffee pot (coffees, creamer, and sweeteners included), and a variety of pots, pans, wine glasses, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, casserole dishes, sheet pans, toaster, and blender. The dining area seats four with two bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, all electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator (with ice maker), free high speed internet access, a great balcony with tables and chairs overlooking Lake Bryan where you can watch the sun rise, and an observation deck out the front door to watch Disney fireworks.
Access to the condo is by security-enabled elevators.
There are three wonderful pools, a Jacuzzi, a Tiki Hut (where you can get sandwiches and drinks poolside), and a gazebo where you can enjoy the beautiful lake.
