Positive: The property looked newly painted inside and modern. Liked the lay out of the rooms. Lovely large tv in lounge. Leaflets to help with your stay was useful. Property had a large drive and plenty of room for parking. Not far from Cockermouth by car so close to supermarkets. Liked the idea of having a thermostat for each room. Cutlery and utensils were very clean and so was the kitchen cupboards.

Negative: Needs more care and attention when cleaning as on arrival found urine stain underneath the toilet seat. The floor was laminate downstairs and needed going over with a cleaning product. Stains and hairs on cushions in the living room. The stair carpet was dirty and needed a clean. No secure garden for dogs.
