Please note that the restaurant only serves evening meals between 18:30 - 20:30, the hotel has 7 floors and unfortunately no elevator, due to the unusual design of the building, the property recommends that guests leave luggage in the car during check-in. once a room has been allocated the property will provide a porter to help with luggage and advise guests of the shortest route from car to room, please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots, children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and spa area from 09:00 to 13:00, on arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception, this card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room, hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm, a damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. this will be collected by credit card. you should be reimbursed on check-out. your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
