The space
The moment you enter Bellamy Casa Blanca you will be greeted with open floor plan that will give you plenty of space for relaxation and enjoy the space for bonding with family and friends. The huge picture windows overlooking the backyard and the pool will be a constant reminder that you are on vacation.
The kitchen is ready to be enjoyed for cooking and dining while building memorable experiences with your family and friends.
If you desire solitude and peacefulness, the backyard, pool, hot tub is the perfect place to be with plenty of privacy.

City Regulations:
Palm Springs has very strict city codes. All rentals must be met by our local check-in person and sign a “good neighbor waiver” that the city will keep. You will be required to send us a copy of your ID per city regulation.
Palm Springs rules include :
1. Noise Rules: No outdoor music permitted at anytime. No parties allowed.
Violation of noise rules per Palm Springs City regulation: $1000 fine to the guest.
2. Max 8 people allowed at the home during the day and night. 6 Maximum guest permitted by the city.
3. 3 vehicles allowed at the home.
4. Inside noise should not be heard from behind property lines. Quiet time is 10pm -10am. If outside, please move inside during these times.
5. Main guest must be 25 or older and present throughout the rental. Copy of your ID will be needed for proof verification per city regulation.
These rules apply to every Short Term Vacation rental in Palm Springs and are not set by us. Please help us keep rentals like this in the city by respecting the rules.
