The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout is already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Bellavista is a truly exclusive villa. Its breathtaking views over the entire coastline of Moraira all the way to Calpe will make it impossible for you to take your eyes off it. It enjoys an elevated location with a calm and sophisticated atmosphere offering a pleasant level of privacy. It is only 3 Km. away from Moraira, a beautifully cozy town that has become a hotspot in the Costa Blanca due to its marvelous beaches and its variety of restaurants, shops, and bars.
The villa offers parking for 2 cars, from there, we get welcomed with an incredibly spacious terrace all on one level. It presents us with a very private swimming pool, sunbeds, palm trees, and a portable BBQ, all encompassed by an exclusive looking glass fence.
The villa is also built on one level offering large windows to let the light of the day fill the main rooms with light and life. It is equipped with central heating and central A/C to make you feel at home both in summer as in winter.
By the entrance, a charming and very spacious dining/living room welcomes us with a fully equipped open kitchen. The sea views are always with us when being in these rooms. We follow to find 2 double bedrooms with a shower room and a full bathroom together with another double bedroom with en suite shower room and a dresser.
