Summary: Some upgrades to the property like the flooring. Ac had a smell coming from it that we couldn’t stand and had to shut off the air and live in the heat. Sheets and towels had stains on them. Some towels had holes in them and were ready for replacement. Floor was sticky and left a black residue on socks and feet. Rough area with alot of drugs and prostitution but its a gated lot with lots of cameras which increases the safety. The front desk lady Joy is very nice and helpful. Makes me feel bad about writing a negative review because she was really nice. For the price it’s alright but dont expect perfection.
