Positive: The Captain’s lounge was fantastic, especially its nod to the nautical history of Sur. The breakfast also exceeded expectations (pancakes, I’m looking at you!)
Negative: The pool was closed for refurbishment. This wouldn’t be an issue had we been informed prior to checking in. However, had we known earlier, we may not have booked as we love a splash.
