Charming, bright and cozy villa of the 50s recently restored, located in a quiet residential area immersed in the green ("Villa Marco"), 5 minutes walk from the beach and the tram that connects El Campello, Alicante and Benidorm. A small shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants is 3 minutes away.
The villa has a bedroom with double bed (150x200) and private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, American coffee machine, juice extractor, dishwasher and other appliances). From the living room there is access to a loft with a double bed (135x200) and a small study. The patio, accessible from the kitchen, has a shower-free bathroom with washing machine and sink, and a separate fourth bedroom with two single beds and an internal sink.
The outdoor spaces and the house are completely accessible without architectural barriers.
The house is on a plot of 600 m2, with Mediterranean plants, large pool, two outdoor showers (one of hot water) and a space with sun loungers and table with chairs. There is an internal parking for one car and the possibility of free street parking.
There is free WIFI (fiber optic), television and barbecue.
Guests have sheets, towels and a hairdryer.
Our guests can count on us for any questions, advice or help on the operation of the house, transportation, restaurants and activities in the area.
In the restoration of the house we wanted to combine the contemporary design with elements of the Alicante architectural tradition. The original stone walls have been preserved as well as the wooden beams and the ceramic elements of the roof, the fresquero, the algibe and the well of the house as outstanding elements.
The set, with the wide height of the spaces and the warm colors, offers a bright and cozy atmosphere.

Summary: The house has just been renovated, it's a beautiful mix between old fashion and new. It's located five to ten minutes on foot to the sea and the tram to Alicante and Benidorm. We took the taxi from Alicante during the night and it cost only 17€. There is a supermarket and a pharmacie in 5 minutes. The owners are very kind, they welcomed us very friendly and shown us the house with all the needed informations. They are available very quickly for questions. The house and the pool were clean, with towel and climatisation in every room. The location is very calm, there is only houses around. We really appreciate our stay and will recommend this house
