This spacious and comfortable family-friendly 4-bedroom ranch home is located on the west end of Dubuque, within minutes of Loras College, the University of Dubuque, and Clarke College. It is 15 minutes from Sundown Mountain Resort and 30 minutes from Chestnut Mountain Resort in Illinois. It's within walking distance of the Dubuque Sports Complex and only a 30-minute drive to the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa. We provide 3 separate boot and glove dryers and a small heated shed for ski and snowboard maintenance (waxing, etc.) This is a smoke-free home but you may indulge inside the small exterior shed. This home is located within 15 minutes of "The Dispensary" in East Dubuque, Illinois for any cannabis needs and also within 30 minutes of several wineries.

Summary: I cant say enough about julie and her awesome property. I wish the house wanst for sale so we would a first place to look if we ever return to the area. Thanks again julie for everything you have truely taken perfect care of us! And if u ever dont have plans for thanksgiving our doors are always open for you and yours!
