Summary: Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower. Bed sheets had been provided for two, but we were three. No staff were available to assist us in the clubhouse and my e-mail, requesting assistance, to the contact at the club has not been answered. In the front bedroom, an electrical plug for a bed light was broken, and there was some loose (stale) popcorn in the bottom of the wardrobe - which suggests inadequate cleaning. A fuel truck arrived behind the apartment at 07:50 just as we were departing which, we believe, could explain the lack of heating, and which might suggest that staff were already aware of the issue. Even this late in the season, we were entitled to a certain level of service, but this was not delivered. I have requested a refund.
