3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Sleeps 8 Located in one of Fort Lauderdale's most desirable neighborhoods, this great vacation home is the perfect destination for family fun in the South Florida sun! Just a short walking distance to cruise ships of Port Everglades.
We have just added this spectacular home to our list of great vacation rental properties. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath property boasts a family friendly open living, kitchen and dining area. French doors open to the pool deck that is surrounded by swaying palms and tropical landscaping.
This home has a large great room featuring 65" HDTV, DVD player with library and free WIFI. The Florida room has floor to ceiling windows and opens to the pool deck through two sets of double french doors. For the larger groups there is a leather queen size sleeper sofa at one end of the Florida room. The roomy gourmet kitchen features all stainless appliances and is stocked with spices and all the cooking needs that one can imagine. The bedrooms are decorated to reflect the beach, ocean and South Florida lifestyle. The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath plus HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus an HDTV. The third has a two twin beds and HDTV.
Outside take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear pool (optional pool heat is $20/day) then bask in the sun on one of the chaise lounges. Later throw some steaks or shrimp skewers on the Weber gas barbeque grill while enjoying your favorite adult beverage. Watch your kids splash and play in the sparkling crystal clear pool.
