Enjoy a relaxing stay a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast, equipped with all services. A delightful apartment inside the Residence Blue Garden with a welcoming small terrace on the first floor overlooking the greenery, where you can eat outdoors. A quiet place, in a strategic position close to the most interesting tourist attractions of eastern Sicily, at the foot of Etna.
You will like the accommodation because there is free parking on a private street, suitable for couples who want to explore or for business travelers.
The accommodation consists of a room with a comfortable orthopedic French bed where up to two people can sleep and a living area where there is a practical sofa bed which can accommodate two more people, you will also have the possibility to prepare food in a large kitchen equipped with pots, plates and cutlery.
Normally the accommodation for two people is provided with the double bed in the room, if you need a different combination which also includes the accommodation of the sofa bed, it will be necessary to communicate this when requesting the reservation.
The apartment is granted for exclusive use for the booked period of stay therefore all areas are available to our guests.

The train station is just a 15-minute walk away, allowing you to get directly from the airport to our facility. If you wish to arrive by car, the Fiumefreddo di Sicilia or Giarre motorway toll booths are a 10-minute drive away. The Fondachello beach is only 1500 meters away and can also be reached with a nice walk.
A valid document must be delivered (for all guests), furthermore the holder of the reservation must sign the short-term rental contract, this procedure can also be carried out in an automated form.
